Are there things that can worsen cerebral blood pressure?

There are other extenuating circumstances that can temporarily worsen a child’s underlying brain blood pressure problems: lack of sleep, mild sinus or gastrointestinal infections, fever, emotionally stressful situations, dental problems, and pain are all able to temporarily worsen a child’s blood pressure issues and trigger symptoms such as aggression, anxiety and poor focus.

I am wondering if the protocol helps those who are Celiac? I know that it does not cure it, but can it be beneficial?

The protocol can help those with Celiac Disease in a few ways. First, studies have shown that many individuals with Celiac Disease also have overlapping bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) contributing to their symptoms. The rifaximin and inulin used to balance bacteria in the protocol can help reverse these symptoms. Second, the protocol, especially when combined with vagus nerve stimulation, can dramatically reduce intestinal and systemic inflammation, potentially allowing certain autoimmune disorders to shift into remission.

What is CBI?

Cumulative Brain Injury – The cumulative damage that results from the residual defects remaining after improperly repaired physical, inflammatory, or metabolic damage.

Are CBD gummies allowed on the Nemechek Protocol?

Although the science behind cannabinoids is very intriguing, I do not recommend CBD because it is highly unregulated and I fear that much of the CBD being sold may be fraudulent.

Can I add CBD oil to The Nemechek Protocol?

No. My primary concern is that the CBD is almost completely unregulated and that the incidence of fraudulent supplements is most likely very high.

Should we be limiting carb intake while on the protocol? Just wondering if it may help the healing go faster?n

After using inulin or rifaximin, sometimes the restriction of carbohydrates that occurs with GFCF diets can worsen symptoms. Other than for severe allergic reactions to things like peanuts, etc., food restriction generally is not required when using The Nemechek Protocol.

My doctor wants to do a stool test to determine if he has excessive yeast or Candida. Is this helpful?

No, it is not for two main reasons. First, the predominant issue causing inflammation in children is bacterial overgrowth within the small intestine (SIBO). The small intestine is the segment of the intestine that comes after the stomach, and a sampling of stool from the rectum will not give you any information about whether overgrowth is present in the small intestine. Secondly, bacterial overgrowth and the concept of “leaky gut” were discovered approximately sixty years ago. And over this long period, there is no evidence that Candida, yeast, or fungi (all three terms essentially mean the same thing) are a cause of overgrowth in the small intestine or leaky gut in adults or children.

Can this protocol prevent cancer?

Approximately 85% of all cancers are felt to be triggered and driven in large part by chronic inflammation within the body. The Nemechek Protocol reduces inflammation to such an extent that the risk of developing a new cancer would predictably be reduced. The Nemechek Protocol is not intended to replace traditional cancer screening methods such as mammography or screening colonoscopy.

Can this protocol cure cancer?

Absolutely not, The Nemechek Protocol cannot cure cancer. If you have cancer or suspect you might have cancer you need to immediately seek advice from your medical physician.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Log into the Nemechek Navigator website, click on the billing tab in the low left column, and then click on the word CANCEL which is in red letters.
