After my child recovers, is there a chance that their autistic or developmental issues might return?

No. If, after a certain point in recovery, you stop the protocol and the inflammation returns, the developmental gains you see will not be lost.  What can happen is the prior injuries that your child has recovered from might slowly return over a few months.  Symptoms of relapsing injuries are hyperactivity, poor focus, constipation, increased hunger, anxiety, or aggression.
