Can Dr. Nemechek prescribe medications via a Skype session?

Skype sessions allow you to talk to Dr. Nemechek. He can provide general information regarding particular medical disorders and symptoms. Still, because of licensing and malpractice insurance restrictions, he will not be able to make any form of diagnosis, determine doses, prescribe medications, or order testing of any sort.  Skype sessions are only available to persons living outside the U.S.
